We want you to train in gear that fits and performs the way it should. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • Unworn / unused
  • All original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@super-weightlifting.com.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages sent to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately and include photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Orders shipped with free shipping, unless you cover the return shipping cost back to us
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or color you want is:

  1. Request a return for the item you have.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.

This guarantees availability and speeds up the process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • We refund the product cost. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post the refund.

If the item is returned used, damaged, washed, or missing tags, we may refuse the refund.
